Looking for a fun snack to make with your kids over the weekend? This will get your little ones and even the older kids excited. It’s the perfect frozen snack for the afternoon you can keep all week!
Ingredients
2 cups of frozen mangoes
1 cup fresh coconut water
1/4 – 1/2 cup orange juice
1 tbsp honey*

Instructions
- In a blender put your mangoes, coconut water and orange juice and blend till the mixture is smooth. If your fruits are not sweet enough or you’d prefer a sweeter popsicle you can add in your honey.
- Pour the mixture in your popsicle moulds, cover it, place your sticks in the moulds and freeze for 6hrs or overnight.
- When you’re ready to have them, place your moulds under warm water for a few mins to make it easier to remove the popsicles from the mould and enjoy!
